Shipping and Delivery Options

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on tires after entering your delivery zip code. Tires ship via FedEx and the shipment times are a good estimate, although not an exact number of time-in-transit days. Tires are delivered Monday - Saturday. FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends or certain holidays. Once the tires are picked up, the time-in -transit estimate begins. If you place your order Friday afternoon, or on the weekend, your tires it will not ship until the following week. Currently we only offer FedEx Ground, expedited shipping is not available. Depending on when you place your order, there may be one, possibly two days of processing time. Shipping delivery times can be impacted by weather events across the country, and FedEx delivery package load.

Tire Delivery Options

You can choose between 3 delivery options:

  1. Your tires can be delivered to a local installer. You can pick a local installer that is close to your address and schedule an appointment to have your tires shipped and installed. In this case, the shipping is always FREE.

  2. Your tires can be delivered to your billing address

  3. Your tires can be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.

Some larger tires must ship via FedEx Freight in order to have the proper tools for the drivers to unload and deliver the tires. These are typically large mud tires, construction or farm tires and large commercial truck tires.If you are delivering to a commercial address there is no extra charge, however if you have the tires delivered to a home address FedEx is adding a $100 fee for delivery.

 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records. Once your tires ship, you will receive a second email to notify you of the tire shipment.

Out of Stock Merchandise

We make every attempt to provide accurate inventory levels on our website. Occasionally we are out of stock. In these instances, you will be notified by e-mail or receive a phone call if we do not have your tires in stock. If we expect stock soon we will send you the date that we expect to ship your order. We may also provide you with alternative tires to consider.

Home Delivery and Order Tracking

We send tires via FedEx Ground. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires have shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

If you do not receive your order based on the estimated delivery date contained within your tracking number, please send an e-mail to info@tires-easy.com, or call us at 844-877-3279.

Delivering outside the United States

We currently do not ship tires outside the continental United States.

Coupons

Tires Easy only accepts coupons authorized by Tires Easy. Unfortunately there are coupon websites that post outdated and/or false coupons. We cannot honor such coupons. Return/Refund Policy

You can buy tires with confidence from tires-easy.com. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund and the shipping is on us. Exclusions apply, click here for details.

Contact our Customer Service department to initiate the return. Please call 844-877-3279 or send an email to info@tires-easy.com. Do not return any tires directly to our office, as they will not be accepted without a return authorization number and prior notice of the return.

Handling Fees

Handling fees cover added costs for home delivery, including specialized packaging, additional preparation, and tailored shipping.

This fee applies only if tires are shipped to your address and is non-refundable in case of returns.
