Purchase a set of five (5) qualifying Yokohama tires and receive a $125 Yokohama Mastercard Prepaid Card or receive up to $100 back when you purchase four (4) other qualifying Yokohama tires. This offer if valid for purchases made between October 1ˢᵗ to October 31ˢᵗ, 2023. This is not an instant rebate. Postmark or submit your claim form at yokohamatirerebates.com or by mail-in form no later than November 30ᵗʰ, 2023.

How to redeem your rebate:
Go to yokohamatirerebates.com to enter your claim online by November 30ᵗʰ, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted. Online submissions are processed faster.
- No mail-in form required.
- Must have a valid email address to submit online and must have a copy of the purchase receipt.
- Limit 2 Yokohama Mastercard Prepaid Card redemptions per household, customer, or email address. The required invoice for a second redemption must show purchase of an additional set of 4 or 5 tires for a different vehicle than the one referenced in the first redemption.
Only complete the mail-in form if you are not submitting online.
Instructions for mailing your claim:
