The tire features a highly siped tread surface with 3D interlocking shoulder sipes and wide lateral grooves that deliver reliable traction on snowy, icy, and slushy winter roads. The unique winter tread compound helps the tire to stay flexible and stick to the surface in the very low winter temperatures. Tiger Paw Ice & Snow 3 tire enhanced with DuraShield Construction technology plus the internal dual steel belts and a two-ply polyester tire casing that provides lasting tread life, smoother ride quality, comfort, and reliable performance in any winter conditions. The tire is molded for optional size #12 studs for additional grip and increased traction on ice and hard-packed deep snow. This Uniroyal winter tire carries a three-peak mountain snowflake symbol, which means it met all criteria for it to use in severe winter conditions.
